Fruit juice, Cordial, Soft Drinks (e.g. cola), flavoured water, ice tea, sports drinks, energy drinks, coconut water. 

SWAP To These Types Of Everyday Foods

Plain milk poppers 

Milk Alternative poppers e.g. soy milk 

Water pop tops (6x 250ml bottle) 

Freshly filled water bottles (add vegetables and fruit such as lemon, lime, cucumber or strawberries for flavour) 

1-3L reduced fat milk varieties – pour into a smaller container/drink bottle 

1L milk alternative varieties e.g. soy milk – pour into a smaller container/drink bottle
